Private e-mail address

If you have entered a private e-mail address for your Uni-ID, you can use your private e-mail address to reset your password.

Please note: For the first login with your initial password, please use Login, not the password reset.

If you are an applicant and want to reset the password for Portal² login with your e-mail address, please go to this website.

InfoCenter

If you did not enter your private e-mail address or if you are unable to access the inbox of the private e-mail address you provided, the InfoCenter can reset your password. The password will then be the initial password.
