User administration of the University of Mannheim

The user administration allows you to view your generic email addresses and the status of your Uni-ID, you can change your password, manage your password reset, activate or deactivate your ecUM, manage your function ID and your Microsoft Teams Account.

Please log in by entering your Uni-ID and your current password.

Please note:

• Uni-IDs consist of only lower case letters and numbers.
• firstname.surname@uni-mannheim.de is an e-mail address, not a Uni-ID.
• A matriculation number or ecUM number is not a Uni-ID.
• Students can usually find their Uni-ID and initial password in the Portal² or in the applicant portal.

If you have forgotten your password, you can change the password with your private e-mail address, as long as you have already set one.
